Secret OG CBD

Secret OG CBD was bred in-house by Secret Nature through selective crosses between OG Kush genetics and CBD-rich hemp cultivars, choosing phenotypes that maximise CBD expression while preserving the terpene profile, bud structure, and aromatic character that define authentic OG Kush. OG Kush emerged in California in the early 1990s, most commonly attributed to a cross of Chemdawg with a Hindu Kush landrace, and is characterised by its diesel-and-lemon aroma, dense resinous buds, and heavy indica relaxation. Secret OG's breeding goal was specifically to create a CBD strain that a knowledgeable cannabis consumer would recognise as OG lineage on sight, smell, and effect — Secret Nature reports that customers frequently describe Secret OG as almost identical to OG Kush in appearance, aroma, and taste.

Secret OG CBD and Frosted Kush are both Secret Nature OG Kush-lineage CBD strains with indica-dominant profiles suited to evening and rest use. The primary differences are in aroma character and specific terpene expression. Secret OG leads with Caryophyllene and has a more pronounced gassy, diesel, and cream character — described as gassy lemons and earth — that reflects a bolder OG Kush phenotype. Frosted Kush has a more pine-forward, earthy aroma with subtle citrus from its Myrcene and Limonene-led profile, and is noted for looking extraordinarily frosted due to its trichome density. Both produce deep indica relaxation through their CBD content and myrcene-heavy terpene expression. Secret OG is the choice for consumers who want the unmistakable OG diesel character; Frosted Kush suits those who prefer a cleaner pine and earth profile.

Secret OG CBD is appropriate for CBD flower consumers at any experience level who want an evening and rest-oriented strain. Since it contains less than 0.3% Delta 9 THC, there is no psychoactive impairment regardless of quantity used — the experience is non-intoxicating. New CBD flower consumers should be aware that Secret OG's indica-dominant profile and myrcene-heavy terpene expression produce meaningful physical relaxation and sleepiness, even without THC, which makes it unsuitable for daytime use even for CBD beginners. The OG lineage gives Secret OG a strong aroma profile that experienced cannabis consumers will recognise and appreciate, but the therapeutic CBD delivery is equally accessible to consumers who have never smoked cannabis flower before. Evening use, comfortable setting, and the expectation of significant relaxation are the appropriate context for this strain at any experience level.
